2. Review the site and its constraints
Once the scope is authorized, we review available information and visit the property as appropriate. We assess apparent boundary conditions, drainage, utilities, regulatory concerns, and likely zoning constraints, identifying where further verification is needed.
3. Define your next move
You receive a briefing on the key observations, potential alternatives, and recommended next steps. Any additional investigation, engineering, or coordination proceeds under a separately approved scope and fee.
