Every property presents a different set of questions. My role is to help clients understand those questions, evaluate practical alternatives, and decide how to move forward.

My background spans civil engineering design, construction, and project management. That experience shapes how I approach projects: considering not only what can be drawn, but how design decisions affect constructability, coordination, cost, and execution.

Through LLEAD Services, I work with developers and property owners on site feasibility, civil engineering, entitlement support, and project coordination. I also support brokers and referral partners whose clients need engineering perspective on a property or proposed development.

I start by understanding your objectives and the decision in front of you. From there, we establish a defined scope, identify the information needed, and work through the constraints and alternatives. When specialized expertise is required, I help coordinate the appropriate disciplines.
